| Transitional Living Program |
![]() Located in Chilliwack, British Columbia, the Transitional Living Program (TLP) provides daily support to persons who have a mental illness so they can successfully make the transition from intensive housing supports to successful interdependent community living. Program Objectives
Potential participants are 19 years or older and are recommended by the Chilliwack Mental Health Centre. Individuals must be able to do basic daily living activities on their own. They must be able to manage their medications and be financially responsible for rent, food, and clothing. Personal involvement in various community recreational, vocational and social activities is a requirement for each participant. Clients are eligible to participate in this program for up to two years. |
